OnContact is both available as an on-premise or cloud solution, which is somewhat of a competitive advantage over much of the industry. The solution also includes a mobile application for sales people who need to use when on the road.

Some of the features that are included with OnContact CRM are Sales Automation, Marketing Management, Marketing Automation, Customer Service features, and Account and Contact Management functionality.

Pricing for their cloud installation is $65 per user per month (billed annually) with a 3 user minimum requirement. OnContact's on-premise installation will cost you $995.00 per user with the same 3 user minimum requirement. The on-premise option also includes annual maintenance fees which are not clearly specified on their pricing page.

This product is priced as an Enterprise solution, when the software is not at that same level. We do not recommend purchasing OnContact for cloud installations, but if you need an on-premise option this product should be considered.
