Dynamics crm
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a product all on it's own. It is hard to compare Dynamics against the other CRM Software Solutions out their because it is so intertwined in the Microsoft family of products that it isn't a normal "Stand Alone CRM" like so many of the solutions we analyze on CRMDirectory.
Dynamics CRM was only officially launched into the market in 2016, and quickly grew to be one of the leading customer relationship management products. Geared and marketed toward Enterprise business, it is not the kind of solution small to medium business may find useful. For large business i.e. Enterprise business, Dynamics is perfect especially when those businesses have local networks running Windows and ActiveDirectory installations.
Pricing is on the high end, but in line with the other Enterprise level products in the market e.g. Salesforce, Sugar CRM, Oracle CRM, etc. Ranging from $115.00 per user per month up to $210 per user per month. All Dynamics CRM products are available for per month billing, unlike Salesforce and SugarCRM, which is a plus. Especially when you don't want to invest six figures on a pilot run.
We recommend Dynamics CRM for Enterprise organizations, we strongly advise against it for small and medium size businesses whom lack an IT infrastructure that is experienced in Windows hardware and software.
