Infusionsoft CRM

Infusionsoft is a marketing based CRM software product, it is built and designed for small and medium size business. More than 125,000 users are active on this platform (according to the company's website). Infusionsoft is built for helping you manage and even automate your marketing campaigns. Since marketing ties into sales, Infusionsoft also incorporates sales features into their software, but specifically for when marketing and sales overlap. There aren't any stand alone sales features included like other crm software solutions.

Some of the features Infusionsoft includes are capturing leads from your website, helping to improve conversion rates for eCommerce sales, and automating the marketing to sales process.

I list below two differences between Infusionsoft and other competing CRM's:

1. Most solutions in the crm space are sales focused, but Infusionsoft is marketing based. They put a strong emphasis on marketing tools that there software helps to automate the marketing process. Our researchers at CRMDirectory tried Infusionsoft for this review and it is true that they do in fact have many marketing features, some of which are impressive. One of which is the automation, it was not user-friendly to setup, but if you have time to configure it and you are able to invest a number of hours with their support staff you can build out a pretty nice software to manage your marketing process.
2. Pricing for Infusionsoft is also very different than the majority of your serums. For example Infusionsoft being that they're geared towards small business starts at$200 per month which lets you create three users for your system. If you need more than 3 users you can pay $65 per user per month accordingly. On top of these per month fees Infusionsoft has a one-time getting started fee of $2,000.

Infusionsoft does have some nice marketing features, but we aren't going to recommend you to buy Infusionsoft even for marketing specific campaigns. If they drop their setup fee, our recommendation may change, at this point though there are a number of other alternatives that give you more bang for your dollar.
