Less Annoying Crm

Less Annoying CRM is a simple CRM that is marketed for small businesses and owner operators. This product has been put together using the wordpress content management system, which poses the question if it is fair they market it as a CRM Software. It would be more accurate if they were to inform potential customers their product is a "Dynamic Website to store customer information". It is important to point out if you're looking for CRM Software, this barely qualifies, and is built using a point and click wordpress interface. Unlike most other CRM software you'll see in CRMDirectory this is a product that wasn't "engineered", it was built much the same way blogs and websites are; using open source content management software.

Another negative problem we find with using CRM built with a wordpress framework is that it falls victim to ddos attacks and other forms of attack from malicious actors. 

Less Annoying CRM writes on their website that they offer 256-bit encryption which ensures data security, and its servers are hosted with Amazon Web Services. Both of those points are positive, but it doesn't change the fact that their product is based on wordpress, which means it doesn't matter how secure their servers are, the software the product is built on top of has known vulnerabilities. Which means the system is still insecure on a software level, the servers they rent may be secure (given they are amazon's).

Please note: this review is not intended to be negative toward wordpress, to the contrary, wordpress is designed to allow bloggers the ability to manage their own website, it was not built to be used as a business CRM Software.
