In addition, the system offers note-taking capabilities. With Azurepath’s Boomerang functionality, users can temporarily remove leads—leads automatically return to the lead list at a later date.
The system’s dashboard provides users with sales performance metrics, such as the accuracy of close date estimates, lead creation pace and pipeline totals versus previous weeks, months, quarters or years. In addition, it offers individual users the means to compare their account and lead trends to team averages.
Users can import CRM lead data and contact lists via a single step and export lead data to Excel. In addition, Azurepath offers an identical lead management user experience on PCs, laptops, tablets and phones.
